HEALTH BRIDGE UGANDA — MEETING READINESS & PRESENTER NOTES Verification: 18 October 2026 UTC. SANDBOX / DEMONSTRATION ONLY. IMPLEMENTED IN THIS PRESENTATION INCREMENT - Preserved the existing homepage photo, seven canonical role photographs and authenticated workspaces. - Added an executive value/innovation-leadership section for Dr. Ibrahim without invented affiliations, endorsements, ROI, certifications or customers. - Updated the read-only How Health Bridge Works journey to include policy/member configuration, encounter/prior-authorisation boundaries, itemized claims/evidence, deterministic orchestration, configured human decisions, appeals, simulated settlement and authorised reporting/audit. - Updated insurer/provider/assessor benefits to distinguish configured decision authority and offline-only prior-authorisation illustration. - Added /stakeholder-brief with problem, foundation, simulation boundaries, architecture/security, proposed adoption phases, nonbinding commercial options, stakeholder questions and acceptance gates. - Download executive brief as a plain-text file or copy it; feedback remains a blank downloadable template, with no collection or persistence. - Added public navigation and an explicit offline-demo boundary note; removed an unrelated social handle from shared metadata. PASS / FAIL / UNTESTED PASS: 161 database acceptance checks rerun in a rolled-back synthetic transaction before presentation edits. No database or authenticated business logic changed in this increment. PASS: 44 application regression tests in 7 files, including fictional seed/reset/permission checks and the new public route. PASS: Preview compilation reports build OK. No manual production build or standalone typecheck was run; preview validation is the compilation evidence. PASS: Desktop 1280x1800 and mobile 390x844 public homepage, guide, brief, seven role intros and global navigation; no horizontal overflow in the checked pages. Screenshots inspected. PASS: Executive brief and blank feedback downloads saved, non-empty text confirmed. Clipboard copy and the readiness-notes download were also browser-tested. PASS: Eight-step offline scenario: reset -> eligibility -> itemized claim -> assessor review -> assessor approval -> insurer oversight -> processing/paid simulated -> patient status -> regulator aggregate. Refresh retains completion; reset returns 0/8 and fictional seed values. Tested at both viewports. PASS: Separate offline provider eligibility lookup, prior-authorisation request -> assessor note and approval, read back in the screen at both viewports. Only fictional browser state changed. FAIL: No application failure observed in the completed checks. Supporting-screen browser scripts initially failed on test selectors; corrected selectors passed. No page errors were observed during the completed browser runs. UNTESTED: Actual invited-user signup/confirmation/acceptance, permitted insurer/assessor/hospital/patient real-account end-to-end browser flows, MFA enrollment/challenge, audit-export click, formal accessibility audit and independent security review. No account was impersonated or signed into during this public/offline increment. PRESENTER ROUTE 1. Open / and introduce Uganda-focused coordination, distinct responsibilities and sandbox boundaries. 2. Open /how-it-works to explain six conceptual stages and explicit capability gaps. 3. Open /demo. Click Reset scenario. Follow the prompted View as role buttons and current step actions. Settlement needs two clicks: processing, then paid (simulated). 4. To illustrate prior authorisation separately: select Hospital officer in the offline role selector; open Pre-authorisation, choose a fictional procedure, enter a fictional justification and submit. Switch to Claims Assessor, add a review note and approve/deny the fictional request. This is NOT the authenticated single-decision workflow. 5. Use the offline role selector to compare insurer/provider/broker/assessor/patient/observer perspectives. Platform operations requires an authorised /workspace session; no public role selection grants access. 6. Return to /stakeholder-brief for discussion questions, proposed scope, commercial assumptions and acceptance gates. Download the brief/blank feedback; no feedback is sent or saved by the app. 7. Reset the offline scenario after the meeting. Never use the live sandbox reset for this walkthrough: it is a separate controlled administrative operation. AUTHENTICATED REHEARSAL BLOCKER & SAFE NEXT ACTION The signed-in cross-role browser rehearsal is not verified by rolled-back tests or offline role switching. To test it, request the insurer admin and assessor account checks explicitly and approve the account-specific sign-in prompt when required; provision hospital/patient accounts through the existing invitation and matching confirmed-email acceptance flow. Read-only checks do not exercise saves. Agree explicitly before creating synthetic test claims/documents/decisions; do not use or reset HB-1015. PROPOSED PILOT & COMMERCIAL DISCUSSION — NO COMMITMENT Suggested evaluation scope: a willing insurer and provider team, invited reviewers, approved synthetic service subset, agreed decision/escalation authority, no live enrollment/payments/messages. Institutions, volumes, dates and targets require agreement; none are named or committed. Commercial options: fixed-scope synthetic evaluation; institution subscription with agreed allowances/support; phased implementation with separately scoped integrations. Pricing depends on authorised users, institutions, claim volume, storage/retention, training/support and integration effort. No rate, price, ROI, tax assumption or delivery date is offered. Acceptance: real permitted-account save/read-back, email/invitation and cross-tenant denials, evidence/mandatory reasons/separation of duties, high-value exceptions, idempotency/retry, independent appeal and immutable original decision, status-only settlement, permitted notifications, audit-chain export verification, desktop/mobile accessibility, recovery and incident ownership. PILOT GAPS - Connected authenticated prior-authorisation request/decision experience; real account acceptance across business roles. - Mandatory privileged MFA rollout, login/sensitive-action rate limiting, malware scanning, verified recovery and independent security/accessibility review. - Uganda-specific legal/data-protection assessment and notice/retention/consent responsibilities; local counsel and Insurance Regulatory Authority engagement where appropriate; clinical coding validation. - Separately approved bank/mobile-money and external-message integrations only after partner/legal/security review. - Autonomous AI recommendations/agents are not delivered. Current readiness/orchestration is deterministic decision support, not diagnosis, fraud determination or autonomous approval/denial. PRESERVATION No production data ingestion, real patient information, real enrollment, external messages, payouts, role grants, business migrations or publishing/redeployment. HB-1015 and authenticated records/workflows were not changed.
